• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience in the solids control field or similar mechanical experience.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to pass background check, pre-placement physical, pulmonary function/FIT test, and substance abuse testing.
• Must be able to operate or be trained to operate heavy equipment such as a track hoe/backhoe.

Responsibilities

• Complete solids control rig-ups, rig-downs, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Perform solids control analysis of the equipment.
• Perform electrical rig-ups, rig-downs, and minor repairs.
• Follow the proper sampling procedure.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.

• Demonstrate willingness to complete general labor tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
• Attain the necessary NOV WSS Core Training and maintain annual refresher training.

• Possess satisfactory knowledge of Solids Control and Vacuum Unit jobs
• Follow the proper sampling procedure
• Complete daily reports and communicate with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
• Possess satisfactory rig etiquette and maintain a professional attitude
• Train other employees and travel outside the hiring region when needed
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record per NOV's Driver Policy
• Demonstrate willingness to complete general labor tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
• Attain the necessary NOV WSS Core Training and maintain annual refresher training

Minimum Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience in the solids control field or similar mechanical experience to identify potential mechanical problems.
• Possess a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to pass background check, pre-placement physical, pulmonary function/FIT test, and substance abuse testing.
• Must be able to operate or be trained to operate heavy equipment such as a track hoe/backhoe in a safe manner.
• Must be able to operate or be trained to operate existing solids control line of equipment and/or any new solids control technology introduced to the market.

Pay rate 24.00 - 25.00 per hour
