Adams Group is seeking a Solid Surface Fabricator to produce countertops and panels per customer specs. You will interpret drawings, measure and cut materials, assemble components, and ensure finishes meet quality and safety standards while hitting timelines.

Candidates should read shop drawings, handle dust environments, and maintain a clean workspace. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints and cut lists.
• Math skills including decimals and fractions.

This includes interpreting work orders and drawings, measuring and cutting materials, assembling components, and ensuring all finished products meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards while adhering to project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate solid surface countertops, wall panels or any other structures or assemblies that are required to meet customer needs or requirements.Always perform job safely including wearing safety glasses and ask for help with liftingMaintain a clean and safe work environmentStrict adherence to personal/team safety standardsPerform job in cost-effective mannerAssist in other areas of the plant as needed or directedMaintain a positive attitude toward personal, department, and company goalsHave respect for fellow employees and customersBe on time and present for work dailyTake responsibility for getting the work done in a timely mannerWilling to share in any overtimeOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation:High school diploma or GED diploma.Skills:Proficiency with the following hand tools: router, plunge router, cove router, palm sander, disc sander, jig saw, skill saw, chop saw, table saw.Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints and cut listsAbility to handle high dust environment and wear safety mask if/ when neededAbility to visually differentiate between colors and texturesAbility to work in a dynamic, high-paced environmentBasic communication skillsTeam playerMath skills such as adding, subtracting, division, decimals, and fractionsHigh attention to detail, focusing on quality and accuracy.Clean and neat appearancePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
