Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Technician to support solar tracker projects across multiple sites. You will perform on-site audits, document findings, and create punch lists using Autodesk Construction Cloud on an iPad.

You will collect data on installation and performance of solar tracker systems, analyze trends, and report to project teams. Safety and quality are emphasized, with travel to various sites as required.

Qualifications

1-3+ years experience in a related construction field.
Previous experience in renewable energy, with a focus on solar tracker systems.
Proficiency in using Autodesk Construction Cloud and iPad applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of construction industry standards for solar tracker installations.

Responsibilities

Solar Tracker Audits and Inspections: Conduct on-site audits and inspections for solar tracker systems, document findings.
Punch List Creation: Use Autodesk Construction Cloud and iPad to create detailed punch lists and prioritize items.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on installation and performance of solar trackers.
Collaboration and Communication: Report audit results and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of findings, punch lists, and related docs.
Safety Compliance: Promote and adhere to safety protocols specific to solar tracker systems.
