Actalent is seeking a Solar Superintendent to coordinate and manage contractor work at sites, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality align with design requirements. The role involves approving payments, validating completed work, and coordinating with EPC and site engineering to drive on-time turnover.
Travel-heavy, this contract role will require leadership of Supervisors and a focus on field commissioning, with remote work possibilities and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for coordinating and managing construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site. The role entails assessing productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on the project. Additionally, the position involves managing walk downs of planned work, validating acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approving contractor payment requests, verifying constructability, ensuring proper resource allocations, assessing field status, and resolving issues as needed.
This is a traveling role where the individual will sit remote and travel to various project sites. Safety is the number one priority on all sites, and the role requires understanding and compliance with all company rules and policies.
This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
