Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance or infrastructure investing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models for solar PV and storage projects.
• Participate in underwriting and due diligence across Engineering, Development, and senior management.
• Coordinate drafting and delivery of financing materials for Investment Committee.
• Support origination, structuring, and execution of project financing and M&A transactions.
• Monitor state and federal renewable incentive programs and trends.
• Understand electricity and capital markets for project finance (tax equity, leases, non-recourse debt, etc.).
• Present oral or written reports on projects and financial results.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
