Venture Solar is seeking a dynamic Site Surveyor to join our team. This role involves traveling to installation sites, climbing roofs and ladders, and taking precise roof and attic measurements for solar installations.

The candidate should be comfortable at heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. 40+ hour weeks with overtime potential, salary $20–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar site surveying or related field.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfort working on roofs and at heights.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Valid, clean driver’s license required.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Comfort around electrical panels.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to installation sites to perform site surveys.
• Climb ladders and work on roofs to take precise measurements.
• Inspect roof facets and measure electrical panels and attic spaces.
• Document all findings and relay data to engineering team.
