• Visit job sites and determine if they’re solar-worthy (you’ll check out rooftops, attic structures, shading, and more).
• Take precise measurements, snap photos, and gather intel like a renewable energy secret agent.
• Assess electrical systems and figure out where our solar magic plugs in.
• Keep things running smoothly by performing maintenance and troubleshooting solar systems.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and install teams - we’re all about teamwork!
• Educate customers on how solar works and how awesome it is (spoiler: it’s very awesome).
• People skills - you’ll be chatting with customers and working closely with our teams.

What You’ll Need Physically:

• Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting/pulling/pushing up to 50 lbs. and lifting up to 20 lbs. overhead.
• Ability to work in varied physical positions (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, etc.).
• Willingness to work outdoors and on rooftops in all weather conditions.
