Job summary

Moss CM is seeking a Laborer for our utility-scale solar project sites, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This full-time, nonexempt hourly role supports field operations with manual and equipment tasks on active job sites.

The ideal candidate will have reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate basic construction tools and machinery, including a forklift, while accommodating extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate machinery such as a forklift.
• Positive work ethic and Moss culture alignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools including forklifts, tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
• Extended hours may be required; shift up to 12 hours; overtime and weekends may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Report to Site Superintendent.
