Job summary

RES is seeking a skilled worker to perform Civil and Electrical duties at our Hereford project site in Texas. You will support solar arrays by driving piles, measuring, and following design plans while maintaining high safety standards.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check, and communicate clearly with the crew. Must provide resume and transportation to the site.

Qualifications

• Follow safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist operators to drive piles to support solar arrays.
• Ability to measure and spot equipment.
• Review project plans and drawings and ensure adherence to design.
• Communicate job information to important parties.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

• Pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
