Venture Home is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships with homeowners in Windham, CT. You will educate customers on solar options, present the best product mix, and close deals through a high-performance in-home sales process.

A reliable vehicle and a valid license are required. Base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE $100,000–$250,000, plus benefits including 401k match, health/dental/vision insurance, paid training, PTO, and a referral program.
