Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to drive growth in the Pennsylvania area. You will build relationships with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals in a high-performance environment with a strong support system.

Our team provides qualified appointments and ongoing training. A reliable vehicle and a license are required, with base salary plus uncapped commission and a lucrative OTE potential in the $100k–$250k range.

Qualifications

• Sales experience - Required
• Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
• Solar experience – welcomed
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and close deals with homeowners in-person
• Collaborate with appointment setting team to meet with homeowners and close with best solar solutions
• Educate customers on solar financing options and project economics
