Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in carpentry, roofing, and residential construction.
• Ability to assess sites and perform structural repairs for solar installations.
• Comfort working at heights and lifting 40–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites and prepare for structural and installation needs.
• Perform structural improvements, framing, sistering rafters, and related modifications.
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
• Carry out siding, drywall, and general construction tasks.
• Use carpentry and roofing tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work with photos and reports and submit on time.
