Job summary

New Leaf Services is hiring full-time Warehouse Quality Operators at the Goodyear, AZ location. This role focuses on inspecting materials, performing tests, and supporting QA processes throughout manufacturing to ensure solar modules meet standards and customer expectations.

The position offers weekly pay, healthcare benefit options, an employee referral bonus program, and a supportive team environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, Day Shift 8am–4:30pm, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a basic understanding of quality control concepts and inspection documentation.
• Able to use computers/tablets for data entry and recording inspection results.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and visual standards.
• Must pass a drug screen and a 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Perform tests and measurements using appropriate tools to verify product quality.
• Monitor operations to ensure adherence to quality criteria and customer requirements.
• Read drawings and specifications to understand product requirements.
• Document test results and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
