Job summary

Solar Mason is seeking a Solar Energy Installer to join our field team. You will install solar panels, inverters, and related components for residential and commercial customers, working outdoors at various sites.

Responsibilities include laying out arrays, wiring, testing systems, and documenting work while maintaining safety and quality. No prior experience required, but familiarity with electrical basics and a willingness to travel locally are a plus.

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with solar panel installation preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles and wiring techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions: This position requires working outdoors, often at elevated heights and in various weather conditions. The job may also require travel to job sites throughout the local area.

Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in a variety of positions, including standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
