Zusammenfassung

Strata Clean Energy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support budgets, planning, and reporting for utility-scale solar and storage projects. This role requires some travel to project sites (approximately 30%) with EPC projects in VA, NC, and SC.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and project stakeholders to ensure all elements meet contract requirements and schedules, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an EPC business.
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage, evaluate, and assess information necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified by the contract documents.
• Acting as liaison with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Inspectors, and other job staff in resolving issues related to plans and specifications.
• Overseeing and making decisions related to contract drawings and subcontract information; ensuring drawings relate to the estimate.
• Managing the project budget.
• Managing submittals and shop drawings; resolving conflicts in interpretation.
• Negotiating Change Orders; preparing independent analyses and estimates from subcontractors.
• Overseeing the close-out process and preparing final records (RFI's, warranties, O&Ms, etc.).
• Developing reports and coordinating trade meetings.
