Energy Solutions is seeking a Solar Programs Associate to oversee program operations in Chicago. The ideal candidate will manage application queues, validate claims, and ensure compliance with program guidelines. Strong organizational skills and a bachelor’s degree in project management or a relevant field are required.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field required or High School degree plus 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to respond to stakeholder and program participant inquiries.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage application queues and shared inboxes.
• Review, validate, and process applications and claims.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support outreach activities including event preparation.
• Respond to participant, customer, contractor inquiries.
