Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation of inspection results.
• Ability to understand and follow inspection standards, work instructions, and procedures.
• Experience in factory quality control, product inspection, or related work is preferred.
• Communication in Mandarin Chinese or English in the workplace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process and finished products according to quality standards and work instructions.
• Check product appearance, dimensions, labels, and packaging against specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and promptly report nonconforming products and other quality issues.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming products to prevent mixing with conforming products.
• Work with production staff and supervisors to follow up on quality issues and perform re-inspections as directed.
• Use and maintain inspection tools properly, keep the work area organized, and follow safety procedures.
