Birch Creek is seeking a Solar Performance Engineer to drive the technical oversight, performance optimization, and technical report management of our utility‑scale solar and energy storage assets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our operational fleet performs at or above expected technical benchmarks. The ideal candidate brings deep engineering expertise, strong analytical skills, and a data‑driven mindset to drive performance excellence across our portfolio.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role provides hands‑on technical and analytical support across the operating solar and storage portfolio, helping to execute day‑to‑day performance, reporting, and O&M initiatives.

Birch Creek Energy offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, and performance bonus, commensurate with experience. The annual salary for the successful candidate will depend on skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law.
