Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is hiring experienced Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships with homeowners, close deals, and drive growth through in-home presentations. You’ll collaborate with an appointment setting team to meet homeowners and tailor the best combination of solar products for their needs.

In a high-performance environment, you’ll leverage base salary plus commission, with an uncapped commission structure and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Solar experience is welcomed.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and close deals.
• Work with appointment setters to meet homeowners and present the best products.
• Explain solar financing options and project cost benefits.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to licensing requirements.
