Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, policy, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with program implementation and growth, ideally in demand response and/or storage program administration.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
• Strong client management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to achieve energy and climate goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a large solar program market outreach team to meet goals and budgets.
• Coordinate with the information systems team to maintain and enhance program software.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and timelines, addressing risks proactively.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage staffing and priorities.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
