Moss in New Mexico is seeking a Solar General Laborer to support outdoor solar project builds on active sites. You will work with a construction crew, assist with site prep, material handling and clean up, and help install and assemble solar components as directed.

No solar experience is required, but a strong work ethic, safety mindset, and willingness to learn are essential. You will lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and benefit from apprenticeship opportunities and growth

A Typical Day

This position requires frequent physical activity in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to handle loads exceeding that amount with assistance. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, loud noise levels, and extreme temperatures.
