Moss in Los Lunas, NM is hiring Solar General Laborers to support a growing solar project. No solar experience required; you will learn on the job and grow with the company.

As a Solar General Laborer, you will work outdoors with a construction crew, assist with site prep, material handling, and installation tasks, and help keep the site clean and safe while building the future of clean energy. Solar General Laborer

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar project in Los Lunas NM. If you're hardworking, dependable, and interested in learning a trade in the solar industry, we'd love to hear from you.

A Typical Day

• Working outdoors with a construction crew
• Assisting with site preparation, material handling and clean up
• Assistingwith the installation and assembly of solar components as directed.
• Learning how solar projects are built
• Using basic tools and equipment
• Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

This position requires frequent physical activity in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to handle loads exceeding that amount with assistance. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, loud noise levels, and extreme temperatures.
