Moss is hiring for field labor on utility-scale solar projects in Fort Stockton, Texas. No prior experience is required; learn on the job outdoors in all weather. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with strong growth opportunities toward a long-term career in the clean energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects
• Operate hand tools including, but not limited to: Tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
• Provides various general labor duties, in the field, on Solar project sites
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Extended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours
• Overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required

This job requires working outside in all types of weather conditions, while standing and walking for extended periods, and bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials. Pay starts at $20 per hour and provides the ability to have growth opportunities with a long-term career and future.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
