Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Learn all aspects of safe and successful work on solar projects.
  • Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
  • Perform general labor duties on solar project sites.
  • May serve as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Work extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Work overtime and on weekends and holidays as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to all safety standards.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the project site.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Convey a positive, professional attitude aligned with Moss core values.
  • Undergo pre‑employment drug testing.
