This position offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, training for applicants new to solar installation, and relocation assistance if needed. English proficiency and teamwork are essential to success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or electrical work preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on roofs and other structures according to specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are properly secured and installed.
• Connect solar panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring.
• Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
