Complete Solar seeks an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate the installation of solar energy systems in the Richmond, VA area. You will guide a team of 2-4 installers, ensuring safe work practices, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project deadlines.
This full-time role requires leadership, PV system knowledge, valid driver's license, and the ability to work at heights. Travel and occasional weekend hours may be required; compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000
Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/year plus 1k sign-on bonus

Work is primarily conducted at our customers' homes in the local area, but occasional travel is required. Periodic weekend or evening work may also be required, depending on the workload.
