Qualifications

• Proven experience as solar technician or in related electrical role in renewable energy.
• Commercial electrician experience preferred, with knowledge of high/low voltage systems.
• Strong background reading electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Construction site experience, including roofing or general construction.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 and NEC safety standards.
• Experience installing PV systems from start to finish.
• Valid forklift operation or related credentials advantageous.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic solar systems on rooftops and ground sites.
• Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for accurate setup.
• Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Follow NFPA 70 and NEC safety requirements on site.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely.
• Coordinate with roofing teams for seamless integration.
• Conduct blueprint reading and schematic analysis for configuration.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations on all projects.
