Job Description

We are seeking 3 experienced Solar Installation Technicians to assist with the installation of a new solar energy system at a farm in Oxnard, California.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, BOE.
• Hours: 50 hours per week.
• Overtime: 10 hours per week anticipated; overtime paid in accordance with applicable California labor laws.
• Hotel: Hotel room provided for the duration of the assignment.
• Project Length: Approximately 2 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates must have previous hands-on solar installation experience and be comfortable working in a construction environment.
• Experience with solar panel installation and mounting systems.
• Familiarity with solar installation tools and equipment.
• Must be available for the entire 2-month project.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
