Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions is actively seeking reliable Solar Installers to join our expanding team. You will install and maintain solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients, collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure high-quality installations.

Responsibilities include rooftop panel mounting, wiring, site assessments, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Training is provided, and travel may be required to serve multiple client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar installation or construction preferred but training provided.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety practices.
• Physically able to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs; capable of working in various weather conditions.

As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. Requirements

• Physically capable of working at heights, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and operating in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
