Job description

Roof and ground-mount installs with our in-house NABCEP crew. No subcontractors - the people who quote the job are the people who stand behind it.

Most days you are on roofs and job sites across the Upstate - mounting, wiring, and finishing systems that our own team designed. We also pull panels for roof work (detach & reset) and put them back better than we found them. You work with the same crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. Safety, neat workmanship, and leaving the homeowner confident matter as much as speed.

What the day looks like

• Residential and commercial installs
• Detach & reset for roofing projects
• System upgrades and battery add-ons
• In-house crew - no subcontracted installs

Who tends to enjoy this

Comfortable with heights, tools, and physical work. You take pride in clean racking, tidy wiring, and a job site left better than you found it. Trade background helps; we train the solar-specific pieces.

What you need

• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Able to lift and carry equipment as part of a crew
• Willingness to learn our install standards and safety practices

Comfortable on roofs and ladders, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, able to lift and carry equipment. Trade background helpful; solar training provided.
