Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based technician to contribute to solar field construction in Arkansas. You will assist with hands-on tasks across string line, laser, pile shakeout, tracker shakeout, and QC activities, all while maintaining safety on outdoor job sites.

Ideal candidates can lift 50+ pounds, handle repetitive motions, and work outdoors in variable weather, with strong teamwork and ability to follow precise instructions. Construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with string line, laser, and pile shakeout activities.
• Perform tracker shakeout, Huck & BOM, MIB, and damper tasks.
• Support module staging and QA/QC for trackers and modules.
• Operate SPC controller as required.
