Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials.
• Reliable transportation to project sites.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects.
• Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
• Provide various general labor duties in the field, on solar project sites.
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Extended hours of work may occur, with shifts up to 12 hours.
• Overtime and weekend/holiday work may be required.
