Responsibilities include general labor on site, material handling, site prep, cleanup, and assisting with installation of solar components. You will operate basic hand and power tools, maintain a clean, safe worksite, and collaborate with crew leadership to keep projects

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Safety-focused and team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties on solar project sites, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
