B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to join the Fremont Solar project in Paragonah, UT. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn solar construction operations, and ready to contribute to impactful site builds, consider joining our team today!

As a Solar Field Engineer, you will support operational organization, project documentation, and field workflows, gaining hands-on field and project management experience alongside seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Strong organizational, schedule-tracking, and document-control skills.
Prior experience in solar, electrical, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
Willingness to work onsite in rural project locations (50–60 hrs/week) with moderate travel.

Responsibilities

Supporting document control and daily construction reports.
Tracking payroll data and responding to RFIs and submittals.
Maintaining IRA compliance records.
Using Bluebeam, MS Office, and Google Suite to manage project schedules.
Spending time on active construction site learning solar operations and assisting field crews.
