Job summary

Moss is hiring for field crew to support the construction of utility-scale solar projects across multiple sites. This outdoor labor role requires working outside in all weather, standing and walking for long periods, and lifting heavy materials.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential. Pay starts at $20 per hour with opportunities for growth into longer-term careers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from project sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects.
• Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
• Provide various general labor duties in the field on Solar project sites.
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Extended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours.
• Overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required.
