Job summary

CoVolt Power in Alabama seeks field-based solar installation personnel to support the mechanical scope on construction sites. You will participate in string line, laser alignment, pile work, tracker and module staging, and QA/QC activities.

Applicants must lift 50+ lbs, endure extreme weather, and collaborate with a team under safety protocols. GED or equivalent preferred; prior construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must follow precise instructions and receive feedback.
