Excavator Operator – Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate Excavator on solar project sites
  • Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
  • Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup, and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year of experience operating Excavators
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
  • Pre‑employment drug test required
Pay

$25-30 hourly
