Responsibilities include installing solar modules, conduit work, and system troubleshooting, with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely project completion. Applicants should have an active Wisconsin electrician license and relevant solar experience.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Electrician license required.
• Previous solar installation experience preferred.
• Experience with ground mount systems, conduit, and pipe bending.
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic; basic hand and power tools required.

Responsibilities

• Install solar modules and electrical systems per code and project specs.
• Perform conduit bending and pipe installation.
• Work on roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and support electrical installations as needed.
• Maintain safe and efficient job site operations.
• Work closely with project teams to complete projects on time and to high standards.
