As a Solar Electrician at Verogy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our expanding solar energy systems. You will lead regular inspections, perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
Your expertise will be essential to optimizing system performance, maximizing energy production, and minimizing downtime across our portfolio. In addition, you will supervise and mentor apprentices in the field daily, supporting Verogy's commitment to developing the next generation of renewable energy professionals.
This is a field-based role with regular travel to project sites primarily in Connecticut and the Northeastern U.S., with occasional travel to further site locations. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and be prepared for occasional overnight travel as needed to support project needs.

The hourly range for this role is $43.27-48.08.
