Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician for field-based installations of solar PV and energy storage systems in the Carolinas. Training is provided during the first 30 days, with all tools and safety gear supplied and some local travel between job sites expected.

You will work with an experienced team to ensure safe, high-quality installations that comply with electrical codes and company standards, while building your career in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar PV and energy storage systems.
• Install system components following diagrams, specs, and project requirements.
• Perform work safely in line with company standards and codes.
• Assist Electrical Team Lead and crew for efficient project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with rooftop work and field installation activities.
• Complete training and contribute to a positive team environment.
