Venture Home is seeking a personable Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them on the benefits of residential solar, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations.

This part-time to full-time, benefits-eligible role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work 30 hours weekly with weekend shifts. Commission motivates earnings as appointments convert to demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
