Job summary

A leading energy solutions company based in Indianapolis is seeking a Solar Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of solar construction projects. This role requires coordinating with customers, contractors, and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction or solar project management, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position is not remote and requires travel within Indiana and Illinois.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction or solar project management required.
• Familiarity with utility interconnection and permitting processes.
• Self-starter with a team mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial solar and storage projects from kick-off to close-out.
• Create project schedules and oversee labor, materials, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
