Job summary

Signal Energy is seeking a Bus Driver to support our solar construction projects. This field-based role involves safely transporting employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work location and assisting with general labor and site support when not driving.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, dependable, and capable of performing physical tasks in outdoor construction conditions, including exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving or construction site experience preferred.
• Valid DOT-compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses to transport employees between parking areas and onsite.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe buses and follow safety requirements.
• Communicate schedules, delays, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Assist with general labor and site support activities as needed.
