Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for its solar cell manufacturing facility. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure high efficiency. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance and a high school diploma. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems are preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience performing maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on solar cell production equipment.
• Execute disassembly, inspection, cleaning, reassembly, and testing of machinery.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain equipment.

Skills

Experience maintaining vacuum deposition equipment

Strong troubleshooting skills
