Job summary

Must be able to attend in-person team meetings and trainings at least 3 days of the week. Flexible work-from-home options are available; you’ll earn between $5,000 and $8,000 per month with base pay, commissions and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus.
• Excellent people skills and natural charisma.
• Tech-friendly tools: Zoom, CRM, online scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments.
• Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest.
• Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent.
• Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes.
• Work closely with closers and sales consultants.
