Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a results-driven retail specialist to join our growing national team. In designated partner stores, you will influence potential customers, educate them on solar energy and storage options, and proactively schedule appointments to expand our residential customer base.

You will earn competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with benefits and growth opportunities as you help households regain energy independence while advancing Sunrun’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Reliable transportation within 15–30 miles radius for multi-store territory.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments proactively and expand Sunrun's customer base.
• Foster relationships and educate potential customers on solar energy and storage solutions.
• Influence potential customers and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products.
• Manage mobility requirements across a multi-store territory.
