Average earnings ranged from $51,408 to $87,288 with top performers reaching $160,000+ annually; compensation includes base hourly pay, uncapped commissions, benefits, 401K with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile multi-store territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule appointments and expand the Sunrun customer base.
• Educate potential customers on solar energy and storage solutions.
• Build relationships and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products.
• Maintain mobility and perform duties in a retail environment, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
