Sunrun is seeking an in-store sales specialist in California to influence customers at partner retail locations. You will schedule solar appointments, educate prospects on solar and storage solutions, and grow the Sunrun customer base in a multi-store territory.

You will rely on strong communication, flexibility, and persistence to meet targets, with base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are essential.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius to cover multi-store territory.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sunrun in designated partner retail stores and influence potential customers.
• Schedule appointments proactively and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.
• Educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions, driving product interest and conversions.
