Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the Solana ecosystem, including its programming model, tooling, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Rust programming language.
• Solid understanding of smart contract security patterns and common vulnerability classes.
• Experience with Node.js and backend systems.
• 2–10+ years of engineering experience, compensation calibrated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Solana programs end-to-end — from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Build robust, scalable backend services that interact with Solana, EVM, and Stellar networks.
• Scale on-chain infrastructure to support millions of users globally.
