Job summary

Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants is seeking a Soils and Materials Field Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate will collect soils, asphalt or concrete samples in the field, perform standard tests, complete reports of findings, upload project documents online and communicate with the project manager.

Preferred candidates have soils field testing experience, a current radiation user safety certificate, and WAQTC certification.

Qualifications

• Soils field testing experience required
• Current radiation user safety certificate
• ACI Field I certification preferred
• WAQTC certification a plus
• Experience with concrete and asphalt field testing

Responsibilities

• Collect soils, asphalt or concrete samples in the field
• Perform standard tests
